Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the f111c platform and all services offered at f111c.net. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using f111c, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
18+ Age Requirement
f111c is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts. Underage accounts are closed immediately and any balances forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one f111c account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on f111c are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Minimum deposit and withdrawal is ৳500.
Fair Play Certified
All games on f111c use certified random number generators. Outcome manipulation, collusion, and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Players may set deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion directly from account settings. f111c is committed to promoting responsible, sustainable play.
Breach Consequences
Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity, and permanent exclusion from f111c.
1. Definitions
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document.

| Bonus Funds | Any promotional credit, free bet, or match bonus credited to a Player's account by f111c subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are distinct from the Player's real-money balance. |
| Wagering Requirement | The number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which f111c confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership using official documents such as a National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate. |

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to f111c is subject to strict eligibility requirements. Players who do not meet all conditions listed below are not permitted to use the Platform.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on f111c. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. f111c takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will verify the age of any Player where there is reasonable doubt. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of f111c complies with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of use. f111c does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. If online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into a gaming contract.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from f111c or any other gambling platform, you are not permitted to open a new account or continue using the Platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.
2.5 Staff Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of f111c and its technology or payment partners are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.

3. Account Registration
To access the full range of f111c services, you must register a verified account. The registration process is free and takes only a few minutes.
3.1 Registration Requirements. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. f111c uses this information to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one f111c account. If f111c detects that a Player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or shared payment methods — all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended. Bonus funds and any winnings accrued through duplicate accounts will be forfeited. The Player may be permanently excluded from the Platform.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. f111c will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact f111c support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 KYC Verification. f111c reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, driving licence, and utility bills dated within the last three months for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
3.5 Account Currency. All f111c accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may not hold a balance in any other currency. f111c does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
f111c supports all major Bangladeshi mobile financial services for instant BDT deposits and rapid withdrawals, with no platform-side fees on standard accounts.
Deposit Rules
4.1 The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though payment provider limits may apply. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet instantly in most cases, subject to payment provider processing times.
4.2 f111c accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.3 f111c does not charge a deposit fee. Any transaction charges levied by your payment provider are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by f111c.
4.4 Deposits made to f111c are for gaming purposes only. f111c is not a bank or financial institution. No interest is payable on account balances.
Withdrawal Rules
4.5 The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the f111c account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.6 Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 60 minutes during operating hours (9 AM to 11 PM Bangladesh Standard Time). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following morning. f111c does not guarantee processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by payment providers.
4.7 Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require SMS OTP confirmation as an additional security measure. Withdrawals requested before the associated deposit has been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review.
4.8 f111c reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
f111c offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out below and to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the expiry and automatic removal of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
5.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts, shared payment methods, shared IP addresses, or shared devices — constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
5.3 Eligible Games. Bonus funds may not be valid for use across all games on the f111c platform. Individual promotion terms will specify which game categories or titles qualify toward wagering requirements. Wagers placed on excluded games using bonus funds will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the voiding of the bonus.
5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds themselves are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, may be requested for withdrawal. The maximum withdrawable amount derived from a single bonus may be capped — this cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. f111c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already claimed and being actively wagered by a Player in good standing.
6. User Obligations
By using the f111c platform, you agree to the following obligations. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform and the experience of all players.
6.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at all times — at registration, during KYC verification, and when communicating with support. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change. f111c may suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or deliberately misleading.
6.2 Personal Use Only. Your f111c account is strictly for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, place wagers on your behalf, or access your BDT wallet. Accounts used for commercial purposes, syndicate betting, or on behalf of any third party are prohibited.
6.3 Compliance with Applicable Law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of f111c is lawful in your jurisdiction. f111c accepts no liability for any legal consequences you face as a result of accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
6.4 Responsible Gaming. You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the Platform. You agree to use f111c's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic. f111c is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of gaming activity undertaken voluntarily by a Player who had the opportunity to use responsible gaming tools.
6.5 Device and Connection Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and internet connection used to access f111c. f111c recommends using the Platform only on private, password-protected networks. f111c is not liable for any loss or compromise of your account resulting from use of an insecure or shared device or network connection.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f111c platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of funds.

- Using automated betting scripts or bots
- Exploiting software bugs or platform errors for profit
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Using the Platform for money laundering purposes
- Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts
- Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Players
- Abusing bonus offers through multiple accounts or payment methods
- Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
7.1 Fraud and Money Laundering. f111c has a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and money laundering. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. Deposits associated with fraudulent payment transactions will not be credited, and any balance already credited in error will be reversed.
7.2 Chargebacks. Filing a payment chargeback against a legitimate f111c deposit is considered a breach of these Terms. f111c reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback amounts through legal means. Accounts associated with chargeback activity will be permanently suspended.
7.3 Technical Exploitation. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with the integrity of games or betting markets is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. f111c reserves the right to void any wagers placed through exploitative means and to recover any winnings derived therefrom.
7.4 Consequences. In all cases of prohibited conduct, f111c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit any real-money balance and bonus funds, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take any legal action available under applicable law.
8. Account Closure & Termination
Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time. f111c may also close or suspend accounts under the conditions set out below.
8.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your f111c account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. f111c will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days.
8.2 Closure by f111c. f111c reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The Player's account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
- The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
- The Player is found to be under 18 years of age;
- f111c is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive;
- The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
8.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). f111c will attempt to notify the Player by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support before the balance is exhausted.
8.4 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by f111c — all outstanding bonus funds, promotional credits, and free bets are immediately forfeited. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with clause 4.6 unless the closure was triggered by a breach of these Terms, in which case f111c reserves the right to withhold such funds pending investigation.
8.5 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the f111c platform shall first be submitted to f111c's customer support team for resolution. f111c is committed to resolving disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.
